David Hughes is one of Britain’s most celebrated contemporary dancers, with a 24-year career as a leading performer. This is a rare opportunity to see a selection from his acclaimed solo shows Map and Maps together for the first time in ten years.
An exhilarating quadruple bill performance of dance, featuring original commissions by true juggernauts of dance: Cesc Gelabert (founder of the Gelabert Azzopardi dance company), Javier de Frutos (one of the most widely celebrated international choreographers), Christopher Bruce (creator of iconic works such as ‘Ghost Dances’ and ‘Rooster’) and Siobhan Davies (the Queen of contemporary dance).
